Returns & Refunds

Because each Crescent Aura Creations piece is handmade with care, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at studio@crescentauracreations.com and include photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Design details and timelines will be confirmed prior to creation.

Natural Materials & Handmade Variations

Many pieces include natural stones, crystals, wood, or handmade elements. Slight variations in color, shape, texture, and appearance are normal and part of each piece’s uniqueness.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays after shipment are outside our control, but we will gladly assist in tracking your package.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.
