Processing Time

All Crescent Aura Creations pieces are handmade with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom orders may require additional creation time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on destination and package size. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather.

Local Delivery / Pickup

Local delivery may be available in Payson, AZ and select Mesa / Apache Junction areas on scheduled weekends. Availability will appear at checkout when eligible.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces require design and production time. Estimated completion timelines will be discussed before purchase.

Lost / Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, shipping delays are outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help however we can.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.
